John Terry believes that fascinating culture of young people waiting in the wings to Chelsea are ready to make their mark on the first team.
The who of Jeffrey Bruma Gael Kakuta, Patrick van Aaholt, Daniel Sturridge boasts all of first team experience and would like to restrict regular roles.
Captain Club Terry sees no reason why the stars of tomorrow may have an impact today and fully supports the policy to give them a time set Carling Cup clashes such as the meeting of Wednesday with Newcastle.
