DISASTER. Gunners Djourou star says that fall out of the Champions League is justunthinkable

By Carl TORTO

JOHAN DJOUROU admits that it would be a "disaster" If last 16-Arsenal failed to reach the Champions League, but insists that will deliver shooters where.

Next to Arsene Wenger blew his chance to relieve through when they fell to a 2-0 defeat against SC Braga in Portugal on Tuesday night.

Luck wasn't Arsenal side, as they had a penalty appeal turned down at 0-0 when Carlos Vela clearly was overturned by the Defender Braga Alberto Rodriguez.

The Portuguese side then scored two goals separatists late when Emmanuel Eboue was outside the field receiving treatment.

But a campaign group h what seemed to be that a procession to the Gunners could now turn into a nightmare after their second defeat of the euro in the round.

If the side Wenger not hitting the Partizan Belgrade in Brazil in the last game they could lose out on a place in the round.

And they look set to be skippered Cesc Fabgreas after he's limping off in Braga, fresh with a hamstring injury.

However, insists on Defender Djourou, one of the seven amendments which team lost 3-2 to the Spurs in the weekend, that arsenal will finish the job at home.

The star Switzerland said: "If you don't qualify — would be a disaster. but we think we do it have to be positive.

"This defeat was a shock to everyone and we have to jump backward. we have the players to do it and we want to win the trophy".

Silly

Arsenal had 65 per cent possession in Portugal, but failed to break the defense of Braga.

They were so shocked a sucker punch as Matheus star Brazilian raced clear about breaking a couple of bag.

Djourou said: "when you have both of possession, the game must be won.

"Missed goals Jesters and must have defended better."

Playing outside Europe become a major problem for Wenger's troops.

They won just four of their last 14 games on the road in the UEFA Champions League and need to show more steel.

However, the shock of crisis with Partizan is at home and Brazilian midfielder Denilson promised shine a trail in the knockout stages.

With Fabregas marginalized, the 22-year-old looks set for an extended run in side.

And he is confident that arsenal will recover after your implementation of recent failures.

Denilson said: "I mean sad for fans to defeat by Braga and Sporting.

"But we will continue trying to win trophies this season.

"If we can beat Partizan at home we will be strong again in Europe."

Jack Wilshere also apologized to support itinerant Arsenal after another dismal day away.

But the average stated that Braga just got lucky.

He said: "I'd like to say sorry to all fans-especially those who traveled.

"Still I can't get my head around how we lost the game after dominating for so long."

Wenger admitted his bet in star player that Fabregas backfired after the defeat in Braga.

Spanish star was dropped during five weeks earlier in the season because of a hamstring injury and now has picked up a problem with the other leg.

Fabregas not will play no part in a trip Saturday to Aston Villa or the Carling Cup quarter-final against Wigan next week.

It also seems a CERT to lose the game Partizan and could be forced to abandon the confrontation of key with Manchester United at Old Trafford on 13 December.

Horrible

Eboue looks set for a longer period on the sidelines as doctors fear that the medium damaged his medial knee ligament.

On a positive note, however, Wenger will have been boosted by the return to action in the middle of Wales Aaron Ramsey after booking your broken leg.

The 19-year-old played 45 minutes into the second chain against Wolves earlier this week.

And that was his first run-out horrible since suffering a broken leg in a challenge with Ryan Shawcross of Stoke in Britannia Stadium on February 27.

However, former Cardiff admits that he will have to be patient, it looks forward to a return of first team.

Ramsey, said: "I couldn't wait to get the pitch against wolves.

"It's great to be back and I felt that it went quite well.

"I was blowing slightly after about 20 minutes so that I have some work to do fitness, but I feel good."

There is an outside chance that Ramsey could be included in the squad for the confrontation of Cup with Wigan in Brazil.

But the Welsham will continue to take things one step at a time.

He said: "I have another few games planned before I can try to fight for my place reservation.

"I'm not going to jump in, it will take a little time".

Ramsay also faces fierce competition for a slot game with Wilshere, Denilson, Abou Diaby, Fabregas, Alex Song and Samir Nasri fight for a place.

He said: "is to be expected in a club like arsenal. When you receive the opportunities must prove that you are good enough to get started.

"There are a lot of guys that can play in central midfield."
